NeedACheat is an AI-powered study tool that provides cheat sheet generation, handwriting simulation, and visual note creation. The Service is intended for personal educational use only.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
- One account per person
4. Free and Paid Plans
- Free plan: limited to 1 generation per tool per day
- Pro Monthly: €4.49/month, billed monthly
- Pro Annual: €34.99/year, billed annually
- Pro Lifetime: €39.99 one-time payment
- All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy
5. Refund Policy
- Monthly subscriptions: refund available within 7 days of purchase
- Annual subscriptions: refund available within 14 days of purchase
- Lifetime plans: refund available within 30 days of purchase

6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service to generate harmful or misleading content
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits
7. Intellectual Property
- NeedACheat and its original content are owned by NeedACheat
- AI-generated content created using our Service belongs to you
- You grant us a license to process your input to provide the Service
8. Third Party Services
The Service uses:
- Groq API for AI generation
- Supabase for authentication and data storage
- Lemon Squeezy for payment processing
- Vercel for hosting
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
- NeedACheat is a study aid tool — academic integrity is your responsibility
- We are not responsible for any consequences of using AI-generated content
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeedACheat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Málaga, Spain.
